Dansale Magaji has been arrested by police for allegedly raping his stepdaughter, Hauwa Ibrahim. The seven-month old baby girl, it was gathered, was admitted to the Turai Yar’Adua Maternity and Children Hospital, Katsina after she was allegedly raped by Magaji about a week ago. . Hauwa was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday after a referral from the General Hospital, Malumfashi where doctors confirmed that the baby was raped. The baby’s father, Ibrahim Nuhu, revealed that the rape was committed at Dangaski village in the Musawa LGA of the state. . He said the baby’s mother, Zinai, had separated from him. Ibrahim, who spoke in Hausa, said sometime last week, Zinai approached him complaining that the baby had piles which had resulted in bleeding in her private part and anus. . Comedian Adiri Daniel has demanded for justice after he was arrested and locked for an alleged “Impersonation”. The comedian revealed that he was on his way to shoot a comedy skit video with his signature Police Uniform in his bag when the officers arrested him. Kemi Olunloyo has been granted bail. The controversial journalist who was arrested for defaming Pastor Ibiyeomie has been granted bail to the sum of 200,000. Read Below How Dailypost.ng reports it; A Magistrates’ court in Port Harcourt, today granted bail to popular blogger, Kemi Omolulu Olonloyo, and Samuel Walson, publisher of a local tabloid in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The two publishers are facing four count charges of publishing defamatory and malicious story against the General Overseer of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie. Chief Magistrate, Alatuwo Elkanah Fubara, in his ruling granted the two accused media practitioners bail in the sum of two hundred thousand Naira with credible sureties who reside in Port Harcourt. The court also struck out one of the charges on cyber crime against Kemi Omolulu Olonloyo for lack of jurisdiction to try the matter. The matter has been adjourned to May 4 for hearing. The police have arrested one Pastor Franklin Chinedu, a minister with the Mountain of Fire Ministry, Oshodi District, Lagos, for allegedly defrauding a widow, Charity Onje Isaac, who was paid her late husband’s gratuity, Pmexpress is reporting. It was gathered that the victim, Charity, was deceived through a false prophecy and lost the N850,000, she was paid by her late husband’s employer, Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria, FAAN. . Chinedu had prophesied to and asked Charity to give him the money as he was divinely directed by God. A visibly-angry couple have been arrested for burning the manhood of a 17 year old boy following an allegation that the boy raped their 4 year old daughter. The Commandant of the Corps, Babangida Abdullahi, confirmed the arrest in an interview with journalists in Sokoto on Wednesday. The Commandant pointed out that the couple, were arrested on Tuesday, at their Sama residence, Sokoto. According to him, “They alleged that the teenager, a Senior Secondary School three students, raped their four-year old daughter. “So, they sponsored some boys who seized him on March 24, took him to the suspects’ house, the suspects severely tortured him and burnt his manhood. “They also locked him up in a toilet up to the following day, March 25. “The victim was later taken to the Specialist Hospital, Sokoto, where he is responding to treatment.” According to Abdullahi, the couple was arrested yesterday for allegedly taking the law into their hands. The victim was said to be delivering two iPhones to some customers, who had ordered for them through the Internet on Saturday, when he was attacked and killed. The assailants were reported to have dumped his remains in a septic tank in a desperate attempt to cover up the crime. However, operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad were said to have been alerted by residents.
